Yes I am referring to slacker stream.while a song is being played you could mark it as a favorite by selecting the star. That option has disappeared.

Yes I figured it out. The trim that is in the inside of the car was loose. I was pushing on the trim around the rearview mirror and noticed it was loose. I pushed it back into place and I heard it snap. After this I never heard the chirping noise again.

Don't expect great customer service from the service center. The lack of talking with a live person seems to be very common with Tesla. Some of us can deal with the incompetence, whole others can not. These forums will help everyone become more informed. It all comes down to personal choice.
