I had the same problem. I checked the brackets where the bottom of the shock attaches and I installed it incorrectly. The edges of the bracket should sit flush.

I wish I had feedback for 36.5.5. I got it last night but right after it installed, the app prompted me to install 36.8. Live view Sentry mode is nice!

Checked on updates yesterday and 2021.36.5.5 popped up at 4pm. Installed and got an immediate notification to install 2021.36.8. Live Sentry is pretty nice. And it has a mic on the bottom right hand side of the app that i havent tested.

Demo was in great condition. Curb rash on the 2 right side inductions but they replaced it on the spot. Other than that, great experience at Carlsbad. Congrats and hopefully ill see you on the road or at a Supercharger. Haha

No issues except for the curb rash. 1 tiny rock chip but not noticeable. Some sticker residue on the roof. Other than that, it was perfect. I couldn’t be happier. Good luck! There has been horror stories and I expected to decline the vehicle before picking up. But it was great.

Get with your SA. I talked to mine and he moved the reservation to the demo. didn’t have to pay the $100 and the transportation fee. You get an instant VIN. Good luck!

They replaced mine free of charge. The curb rash wasn’t even that bad and they didn’t hesitate to replace it.

I had the same feelings too about ordering my demo. They replaced the curb rash on the 2 passengers induction wheels. Other than that, the car was perfect! Glad to see some demo’s that worked out! Congrats!

Picking up the MY today in Carlsbad. They moved me up. Its a demo and the SA I spoke to said that they can repair anything that "egregious". Curb rash and such apply to that. We'll see what happens!

I’m picking it up on Wednesday. A guy on the CA Forum said he got his and was almost flawless. there was a interior piece misaligned and curb rash on one of the wheels. I asked him if he can get the wheel replaced but no response yet. ill let you know.

Just tell your SA to remove it. Or talk to chat. They can help as well. I bought a demo and had mine removed. Good luck!!

Mine is coming from Sunnyvale. It’s coming down here and I had a delivery appt for June 8. Had to move it to June 9th though. SA even waived the $500 delivery fee.
