I believe that happens when the installer registers the wrong equipment on your account. I have a similar issue, I actually have 2 Powerwalls but my app shows I have 1 site with 2 Powerwalls and 1 site with 1 Powerwall.

I named them to try to keep them organized. It seems weird to me that the Leader has a "x2" on it, if the battery percent is only the Leader percent... As "Powerwall+ 2 Follower (R)" shows 23% I'd would expect them to be combined if showing a 2x but maybe not?

21.20.2-RC4 firmware update appears to have reduced my solar by now allowing the follower PW+ to send power. Confirmed both Powerwalls in the app are reporting the same firmware version.

I believe 20.49.0 is a Powerwall firmware version, the app version should be something like 3.10.13

Correct, whole house backup. I have a single AC unit that is 2.5 tons. Prep-solar my higher peak energy usage was 5 kW. There appears to be a known bug with the new Powerwall+ units another user is reporting there is a fix and will be applied to his system next week.

I’m on 21.20.0 with 2 Powerwall+ installed this week. They aren’t working together and require a firmware update that hasn’t been programmed per my installing tech.

Looks like the Powerwall+ has a bug that is going to require a new firmware for 2 or more Powerwall+s to be linked. Yay for buying beta products!

Is it weird after having my 2 Powerwall+ batteries installed my idle night time usage jumped from ~600 watts to ~800 watts? That's what I need to confirm that they will be able to "cross charge". I'm sure there is a better term but that makes sense to me.
