I called and asked for an update on delivery and they said it’s still in transit and likely not here by Saturday (after he refreshed his computer or something). He originally said it looked like it was on time so I’m hoping it’s just an error.

Had a tentative delivery date for Saturday in Houston that I guess now is getting delayed…

Thank you. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t need it as of 8/27, which is what I was arguing with the guy about.

So any idea on when you need to have insurance in place for delivery in Texas? Just got a text saying I needed to have it in place for the 27th and my EDD is Sept 2-5. Seemed weird to have to pay for insurance for two weeks when i don’t own the car.

My dates have been holding steady at August 31-Sept 8 for the last couple days. Hopefully I get a VIN soon? I’ll need to switch from cash to finance. How long will it take to get an MVPA so I can pursue financing?

Tighter window now - 8/31-9/8. Hopefully a vin soon. i leave town for the weekend on 9/8 so hopefully it gets in before then or I’ll have to figure out a way to delay my flight or drop the car off elsewhere.

So can I just call the store and tell them I’d be interested in either 21s or 19s and they can note it? Has that worked for anyone or will I actually need to change my order and potentially screw myself?

Congrats everyone! Every day I cry because I didn’t want to spend the money on 21 on wheels that I don’t really want...now the wait continues
