The versioning of your CoC. There are two that we know of. "e4'2018/858'00086'03" that is from October, and "e4'2018/858'00086'04" that is from February. It's currently just a theory, but one could assume that vehicles with the "03" CoC (Produced somewhere before Jan 25, VIN 506*** and lower)...

Some bad news: Judging from the CoC it seems like there were some HW3 without USS models on the ship. So some of us will get a somewhat wonky in-between Model S. (Like me)

I talked to Berlin, meaning the central adminstration in Germany. I will ask as soon as my SeC bothers to talk to me. I asked. They had to figure it out and called me back a few minutes later, confirming it was indeed "just" HW3 and they have no knowledge of when HW4 will come.

I just talked to Tesla. The cars are currently in Barcelona. They are expected to reach Munich by next week. They are unfortunately HW3. Does anyone know what happens to my price when I decline delivery?

The VIN is part of a code comment. It has no valid logic and probably only exists as an example.

Elon also announced FSB beta for summer. I don't think they would roll this out without new cars in the fleet.

Is there any data or evidence of non US deliveries? From talking to people most estimate the new MS hitting Europe in Q4. And that seems even optimistic. I kinda mentally prepare for a Q1 2022 delivery...
