Pretty sure you can pull the 2 week hold trigger at any time. I pulled my 2 week trigger a while back for a family emergency the day I got a VIN and request to schedule delivery same day. (note the reason for a 2 week hold and release of VIN was not a concern of the SA)

remember that the PF427 / 428 etc for MXP and MXLR not in the same order. I received PF427 2 days ago as well and its fresh. No worries.

Unless things have changed, my 2022 MXP, would auto open the door when i approached with only my phone in my pocket. I didnt have the key fobs.

If you are assigned a VIN and you want a "hold", they put your account on hold for up to 2 weeks and release your VIN to someone else. From what I am told, when you "unrelease" your hold you are put towards the front of the line. This would count as your only hold / Pre-delivery VIN rejection...

text your tesla guy you want a hold and thats it. If you dont have a VIN no problem, if you have a VIN and hold it, that counts as your 1 hold

When I got my VIN earlier this month I got a delivery date 2 days later. I put my order on hold and released the VIN, just would have made me rush to get everything done and didn’t have time with work etc.

Yeah.. then put order on hold and released the VIN. Then released the hold last Monday. Now just says Nov 19-Dec31.

Just went from EDD Nov 12-dec 24 to a VIN and delivery next week. Nothing to due with it not being a 2023 VIN, just way not ready for a delivery yet. Need to apply for loan and move some funds around and work schedule, putting on 2 week hold.
