It took nearly a week for Tesla to replace a tire that got a screw through both sides. That's a long time for a tire. They don't have any on hand.

MS Refresh wasn't available in 2020. But the previous version was still for sale in 2021. Seems clear this is not for the refresh, but who knows?

How do you control it from the front? Haven't figured that out yet. Would also love to know how to control Netflix from the front while driving. My kids watch but I'd like to be able to override their input. Probably not happening, but maybe there's a way?

Guilty of posting this in the delivery thread as well. Whoops. Here goes: I've had my refresh LR MS for a few weeks now. It's great, I love it. I've had a few issues here and there - keys not working (key card always did), can't set up phone key (no idea why), some under body panels hanging...

It's close but not perfect. I thought backseat was most acceptable. Trunk does not fit. It's in my new MS, but it's clearly off. Undertrunk doesn't either. I have driver and passenger Tesla liners in and they're ok, but I think I'll replace all.

One minor disappointment on delivery day - the redesigned center console won't stay open. They examined it but didn't try to fix and told me to schedule an appointment.
