I have these exact same issues - took delivery about 10 days ago.. taking it in Tuesday so fingers crossed. Edit, I have a number of smaller issues too to get looked at - assuming they're all under warranty.

Yeah they really emphasized touchless delivery — we spotted it right away, matched the vin myself. I’m sure if I went in and asked to see the inside before accepting they woulda let me.

It was funny (not in the haha way) because the SA's were so nice as they left after their long shift.

Yeah i figured they'd be working OT tonight... the disrespect though because people changed a lot for this day (WFH, cleared schedule, etc) - but then again this goes right to the top and the unrealistic expectations set on these employees trying to burn and turn as much as they can ... we fall...

Window is still 9-6... But it's almost 3 and I don't have an indication either way... If it wasn't on a truck then I figured they woulda let me know... If it is on a truck... curious why it's still not here? This is like EDD anxiety on steroids.

Right - it is kinda incredible given the stories about how ridiculous it is to work with Tesla and how elite the car is (minus manufacturing flaws which are a given) ... They won't change their comms process and this EDD disaster until they get real competition - they know we'll all just roll...

These are all great pieces of information - I come from a small commuter car background so this is going to be quite an adjustment on that front... I'm worried about trying to park in busy midtown spots - I thought if you turn on your signal the side cameras activate so you can see blind spots?

Weird. I picked store pickup in rocklin because they said delivery wasn’t available to my house.

Happy VIN day to me! The changing of the profile pic seemed to work. My EDD crept daily from 6/27-6/30, 6/28-6/30, 6/29-6/30 Then about an hour ago I got the Tesla vision screen and a VIN! EDD now 6/30-7/7 Nervous to be getting a car born on end of Q2 but excited also.- ordered May 31.
