Took delivery yesterday afternoon. Seems to be a one minor paint blemish (5mm diameter), and the dash has a few ripples in it. Nothing else.

My account overview screen now says "2021 Tesla Model Y" instead of just "Tesla Model Y", but my overview screen has a "Confirm Your Order Update" about Tesla Vision click-through. Is this normal? I don't remember hearing about it.

We just got a text from TESLA asking us to confirm we want to take delivery in September. No VIN, EDD change or anything. I don't remember hearing about this one.

I didn't get my white/white VIN either. I think the only config difference is 19" vs 20" wheels. Although... my EDD did move forward by a week 9/21-9/30

I don't necessarily feel like Austin going online is going to help us that much. Everything has pointed to global supply issues... being able to manufacture more cars at a time doesn't help if you don't have the parts to build them with.

If you look in the CA Waiting room, this happened to a lot of folks. I was 9/14-9/30 for almost a month and now October. I seem to recall this happened a few weeks ago for early May orders, so I'm not too concerned.

That's my config completed 5/31. I'm not even going to start worrying about my EDD until yours stops moving and you get your VIN. I was stuck at 9/13-9/30 for a few weeks and now 9/14-9/30 for a few more. I'm almost okay with that since it's not changing and the date is actually... believable.

If you ordered in mid-June, I would not expect a VIN next week. Given that all the deliveries this week have been late-April to mid-May orders, you shouldn't expect a VIN until mid-August. Either that, or there are a lot of people who are going to pretty upset.
