Depends on so many things that we can't figure out a pattern lol. I live 4 miles from fremont factory, requested pickup myself, got VIN july 25th, finally scheduled for home delivery on Aug 2nd for Aug 7th, rescheduled to home delivery for Aug 6

Yeah I got my VIN assigned on Jul 25th and on 29th my SA said car hasn't been built yet and should finish in 1st week of August...and that VIN might change again lol

I ordered on May 16, and got a VIN 239XXX on Jul 25 and they told me car hasn't finished production yet...will do by Aug 3rd....very fun weird stories all the time

I checked, there isn't I stopped by at the Fremont location today. The guy I spoke to checked that I have a soft match to a car in production right now. Hope this torture ends soon! 🤞

When completing my profile, I didn't select option for trade-in. Can I still do that once they assign me VIN and trade-in while taking delivery?

My SA finally replied to my 100 emails :). My EDD shows Jul 19-Aug 5. Was the same for a while till last few days when it went to Jul 13-30. Today went back to Jul 19-Aug 5. SA said my car is expected to complete production on 19th and delivery will happen in following days. But said these dates...

I stopped by and they said lots of cars are there because of deliveries that couldn't be made yesterday, for any reason(financing didn't finish, customer out of town etc)
