I noticed these lines while cleaning the bottom part of the seat since I had a lot of jean dye transfer. Jean dye came right off with a microfiber cloth and Hydro Silex Deep Cleaning; I tried to wipe those marks off from the heating elements from the back seat with no luck.

I spoke to a rep yesterday. Location should not matter but you can always modify delivery location later. Try calling Tesla and request to switch your location to Springfield which is listed.

I guess I will go ahead and re order and this time select Springfield.

That is another concern I have, Paramus for some reason is not listed, not even sure if this could even be changed to the Springfield one.

Yes, once you placed the order online. I believe the second step is to enter an address to determine at-home delivery or pick up from a showroom.
