Got my rebate check today. Took two months. Still waiting for SCE to approve PTO.

Guess that chat with Tesla Powerwall Support worked. I saw the link this morning to submit my rebate!

I just reached out to Tesla Powerwall Support via app based on your message. Now they said they will look into it with Rebate Team why I dont have link to submit rebate. Thanks. Guess my Tesla Project Advisor is wrong.

Yeah, mine was installed by Tesla about two weeks ago. Passed city inspection last week, Tesla submitted project for approval to utility (after I submitted payment) and I got confirmation that utility received the request.

Just an update the Tesla Project Advisor replied since I ordered before October 6th, I will be getting rebate automatically.

I have the same issue now. I tried reaching Tesla Project Advisor, he wasn't aware how. He supposed to "get back to me".

He got me for 2 fob as well. His email address is no longer linked to Zelle. Phone number doesn't work. Reported to Zelle and FBI already.

Solar Roof project is starting on Monday for me already. Got a call last Friday from the Telsa rep notifying me permit was approved. She scheduled the install date first (8/9/2021) then scheduled Site Visit for 8/4/2022, kinda backward- site visit went smoothly. Can't believe permit was approved...

I'll keep you posted how it goes. I accepted the plans and layout. Was reading online OCFA (Fire Dept) was not approving however Project Advisor claims there were plans being approved in Orange County already.
