I hear them all. Planes fly following the riverbed where the golf course is built, ducks fill the area when the river flows and the roar of the river, most annoying is speeding golf carts with trail of dust.

Those geese that make all the noise in the middle of the night by my backyard on the lake, ...

Come to think of it those must be geese too since noise in middle of night in a wetland and my dog loves to eat their poop!

And I'm the first with a solar roof next to a golf course, and since the roof is so big a target it will be toast soon.

I'll keep you posted how it goes. I accepted the plans and layout. Was reading online OCFA (Fire Dept) was not approving however Project Advisor claims there were plans being approved in Orange County already.

No problems with approvals in SA now. Mine was the first and took a year and half.

Solar Roof project is starting on Monday for me already. Got a call last Friday from the Telsa rep notifying me permit was approved. She scheduled the install date first (8/9/2021) then scheduled Site Visit for 8/4/2022, kinda backward- site visit went smoothly. Can't believe permit was approved so quickly! Telsa delivery a pallet of stuff to my house today too. My initial contact was July 2nd and install date is Aug 9th. It took Telsa a week to redesign the plan for me seemed like the longest part of this process so far. Everything in terms of docs to sign and accept happened really fast. Was expecting to maybe hear from Telsa early 2022 so I'm kinda pleasantly surprised.
