I picked up my car yesterday. It was 33 days from order to delivery and I spoke to my SA once. Some people have had different experiences and had good SA's. When I needed a question answered I contacted the SC where I was taking delivery.

I have to agree the customer service has been non-existent. I pick up my car on Tuesday the 17th and while I am very excited I am also nervous about the customer service will be once I need something done to the vehicle. But to be fair a lot of companies seem to be sucking on customer service...

When I was setting up my delivery with the SC the person on the phone said my car will be there Sunday and he said Tuesday would be the earliest. I think they generally want a day or two to prepare the vehicle for delivery.

THXULTRA do you mean you don't see the option to pay or are you saying you are surprised they aren't hounding you about it ? From what I am hearing you can do everything on delivery day if you choose to. I am going to use the ACH method through the App later today.

If anyone is wondering. I just switched my financing from TESLA (Wells Fargo) to Navy Fed with no issues. If anyone was going to do some additional loan shopping once you receive your VIN. It was just a quick call to the SC and changed in 5 minutes and didn't disrupt my delivery or anything.

To be honest don't pay attention to EDD. About two weeks ago I called the SC in Savannah and spoke to some random person there and gave them my reservation number and they told me then looks like around 17 AUG and that ended up being pretty close to true. I would call a SC or email order support...

Unfortunately no. They said I should get one either this week or early next week. Once you get the VIN it's a pretty quick turnaround to delivery. At least this is what I have seen.

Yes this waiting period definitely can consume you a bit. The good thing about it is I don't think I have ever been so informed on a car before getting it lol. I think I have literally researched everything about it between this site and google.
