No, they explicitly state "vehicles purchased at the new, lower price points must be delivered AFTER they are added to the list to be eligible for a rebate." So if you take delivery before they are added, don't count on getting the CVRP rebate.

Don’t think anyone knows for sure at this point.

I think Tesla is just disorganized which we already knew. Looks like we will push back delivery a little longer until CVRP is confirmed. I don’t understand why they aren’t making it retroactive.

Emailed Tesla and the said that they have initiated the application process. Called CVRP and they confirmed that as well but are unsure how long approval will take and unsure if it would be retroactive. Logically I don’t see why it wouldn’t be but it would be nice to have confirmation.
