I’ve had my car for a month and I didn’t get an email. Has anyone tried messaging or do you think it’s coming?

It wasn’t my SA but the general Tesla number but he told me that the chips have not been switched over. So I wonder if some just don’t know and it may actually be AMD.

That is awesome to hear. Thank you for updating us. I received my VIN 1/15 360xxx but have not been able to get an actual answer from Tesla. I’m on the east coast so I still got a wait so this is good to hear.

When are you picking up?

That’s a long time to go from VIN to delivery. I just got a VIN yesterday and my EDD is 1/27 to 2/2 unless it gets pushed for some reason. And I’m also on the east coast. And I wonder how it works for cars from the same batch on different coasts. I know of at least one other car with a similar...

Same my EDD is 1/27 to 2/6 as of this morning. Going to take whatever it is also.

So sometime between 5 and 9 was the switch over. Will be interesting to see what this week delivers.

I was thinking of delivery but it’s $750 plus tax. If you live far away like we do I’ve read that Tesla will reimburse some of the travel costs. But then it’s also going to be 5-6 hour drive back so not sure if it’s worth it.

Original Edd October then January now 11/12 to 12/2. Ordered 7/22

ordered 7/22 and originally was October then January now November 12 to December 2. Only about 3.5 months to November 12 so not great but not bad. Hopefully it’s comes October or November.

I keep going back and forth but ultimately I think a Tesla will be the only EV I will truly enjoy driving. This is my first Tesla and EV so maybe I'm delusional but hoping the wait will be worth it in the end
