So I got a VIN yesterday too. Completed surprised me because I just made the change to an LR on 8/28, but I guess in the system my order is still 8/08. EDD 9/15-18. Anyway, unless I can get out of my high-residual BMW lease early, I'll m have to delay and put my order in hold.

Looks like they are trying to meet some quarterly goals. I just changed from SR+ to LR on Saturday and have an EDD of Sept 12-22. That is way sooner than I thought, so I might (not sure yet) have to push it back and not take delivery of this one and wait until Q4. Let's see if I can pull off...

So far it's the same EDD as the SR+ (Oct 28-Nov 17), but I'm sure that will change this week. Before I made the change, my SA said the date in the system was Nov 3. My SR+ order date was Aug 8... I'm guessing that doesn't matter anymore.

Yesterday I changed my SR+ order to an LR, so this is where I get to spend my time now. Blue, black, 18" aero. Pretty standard.

I ordered on 8/08, EDD changed once and is now Oct26-Nov17. But my order was about 2 days or so before the estimates changed to January.

Do EDD changes usually happen just overnight or is it throughout the day? Couldn't find anything in search.

I think so, i'm going from a 330i to a M3SR+ in November (hopefully).

My EDD hasn't moved for a week now. Ordered Aug 08, current EDD Oct 28-Nov 17. I'm good with that end date since it's 5 days before my 50th birthday. I'm sure it'll move again...probably a few times.

I technically don't need the car until Feb, which is when my current BMW lease expires...but earlier is always better.

Wow same as me, but mine is blue. I ordered 08/08 and EDD holding steady (the last couple of days) between Oct 28- Nov 17. I'm sure it'll keep changing though...

I just placed an order for a M3SR+ Blue/Black, 18", no FSD two days ago (Aug 08) and I already have an EDD. How's that possible? Yes, I do not have. VIN and that's understandable, but how do I already have an EDD which I am well aware will change more than a few times?
