If you take out the 15x15 HEPA you will get straight unfiltered air right into your cabin. On Non Recirc (fresh air), it goes right into the cabin, and on Recirc, the little cabin filter is then used.

I don't understand how this is going to help. There are drains that catch any water in the top of the cowl, on both sides. I'm going to get it, but I don't think its going to matter.

The evaporator coils are no where to be found under the dash, nor behind the Large HEPA under hood. I sprayed the coil cleaner down behind the Large HEPA today and then ran the AC for like 3 hours. We shall see if thats the stink. I have yet to just pull the filter out on a rainy day and see...
