I have been a Tesla owner for 8 years, my performance model 3 is my second Tesla, and this is the first time I have ever run into this. Tesla is saying they won't have the parts to fix my 12v issue for a week. No other solutions. What should I do without a car for a week?

I can adjust sources and whatnot for everything.. just trying to figure out generic settings that makes everybody happy. I really don't have the resources to make logins/configurable settings.

Yeah I saw that. I think I need to make it hit https on https connections and http on http connections... ugh

Yeah I switched to allowing both http and https. It's making it compatible with everybody I think. *shrug

Which https url? the one to cloudfront or the one to qtes.la?

Great! It seems the News won't work on my older browser though. And actually I'm having trouble pulling up qTes.la itself instead of the cloudfront url. May just be the DNS hasn't propagated yet.

Okay I am going to try hosting on AWS & Cloudfront. I will hit you up after a refactor and redeploy.

Damn. Ok this is going to be really hard to debug without the browser update myself. Can you reset your console (hold both scrollwheels down) and can you try hitting the reload button a few times? Also try browsing away from the site and coming back.

Okay just try going to the normal site again... I updated the geolocation tools and am using more https stuff now. The News tab should also somewhat work now.

Just tested in my car and some things are working better. I look forward to hearing from some other people though!

I think it would be extremely naive to think that the support hierarchy at Tesla would not utilize public forums to get a pulse on their customers. They definitely follow TMC and Reddit.

I'm still getting the 240kbps cap as of this morning in North Jersey.

This is still very low sample size, but yeah I suspect the Partial CA is an outlier. People seem generally fine in the NW, West, SW and South. And not fine in the North, NE, East, and SE.

Okay here are the surprisingly consistent results: Throttling confirmed in NJ, NY, MA, CT, PA, ME, MD, MI, IL, OH, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, and partial CA No throttling in OR, WA, AZ, TX, partial CA, or Canada.
