@Mr Miserable not a direct question relating to Tesla but more an intrigued question. I thought the Suez was open 24/7 but since the last ship exited the southern stretch, nothing is in the canal at all except tugs. All southbound/northbound traffic is anchored outside. Does it not operate 24/7?

Not to be pendantic but the first batch of messages haven’t been moved, they have been deleted (or aren’t visible on the “correct” thread) but the second batch are. I would have thought that messages relating to deliveries dates is very “on topic” for a shipping thread to assist find any ships...

My lease company has today said “literally a boat load are on their way as we speak” I’ve asked them if they or their contact at Lex have the boat name but I’m not holding my breath! Edit: they’ve emailed back saying they don’t get given that information

Think it was around the 28th August from memory - got all the forms from my lease company the same day and the order was 'confirmed' with Lex and finance was approved on 1st October.

No I didn't I asked for both - Didn't tell me the ship name and I asked for the arrival date and they said its 'Too early to tell' - I didn't push any further, was just relieved to find out I've been allocated to be fair!

I've just spoken with Tesla on the chat, They've text me the VIN and confirmed the car is on route on a ship - Wouldn't give me the ship name so I asked for an ETA for the ship to arrive in the UK and they said 'Its too early to tell which is why we haven't started scheduling deliveries yet'

After getting the email from the lease company saying Lex had told them I've not been matched, I decided to check with Tesla who have text me the VIN and confirmed its on a ship on its way to the UK!

Also had an update from my lease company this morning saying my order is still waiting to be matched 😞

Yeah I get that. Just trying to be positive that I’ll get it sooner rather than later as I’m going to be without a car from next Thursday 😂

I had an email from my lease company earlier today, not heard from them since the week I placed the order. They said they’d heard from the dealer (Lex) saying it is “on track” for November delivery, so fingers crossed!

Hi guys, first post here! Just put my order in to my lease company for a model 3 LR - Bit gutted that estimated deliveries were September but now November a few days later! My existing lease ends mid October so might be without a car for a month, fingers crossed it comes a bit earlier!
