Bump. Having the same issue as the OP with my gen 2 wall charger - everything *appears* to be working properly; indicator lights and all. Estimated charge time is on par with what it should be. 240v but 0 amps, 0Kwh, 0 charge. 120v mobile connector works as intended with no delay.

How did you manage to spec a model 3 to $100k?

Id definitely recommended doing some investigating on whether or not you’d be eligible for any incentives/rebates. Before I ordered a brand new m3p I considered a demo (at least I think it was a demo) and it wasn’t sold as a brand new car so I wouldnt have been ineligible for the rebates and such.

I completely agree with Paul F. These seats are very comfortable but seriously lack lateral support. Anyone know if Model S seats are a plug-and-play upgrade? I drove a p100d and those seats have much better bolstering.

This happens to me depending on where I am too. I can turn my phone in to a wifi hotspot and connect the car to it. This helps to keep the stream uninterrupted and playing at hifi quality.

If a driver's margin of competence is crossed by having to tap on a screen two times instead of just one, said driver might want to reconsider taking the wheel in the first place. This is really all the more I have to say here.

I use the heated seats regularly and it does rain here so I've used the wipers as well. I don't see a problem there. But what's going on with the defogger that's a problem?

Im not upset. Took less than 10 mins of exploring and familiarization after the update, then maybe 2 days to become fluid and proficient. The only thing id like to see is the turn signal camera moved from the bottom to the top of the screen.

Oh man. Yeah I've heard some recent bad stories about subpar ppf. If you decide on a new cover, maybe wrap it yourself. A section that small and basic shouldn't be too tough. I do understand that the pearl white paint is notoriously difficult to match though so be cautious

If something this small is bothering you, you really should get your car (or at least the more vulnerable sections) PPFed asap.

I think answering bedoig's question would be a good start to diagnosing the issue. I have Android and live cam works in any data situation - one on wifi, the other on mobile data, both of wifi, both on mobile data. My guess would be either your car or phone don't have a strong enough...

I found a cluster of four buttons located on the driver's side armrest. If you press some of them, a gap will appear in the side of the car and you can speak directly with anyone outside of your vehicle.

Gave the hi-fi subscription a go. Scooby is right - the sound is fantastic. Ill be following closely to see if the hi-fi plus is yet another step up.

How did you get tidal to work on your screen? All I get is a qr code to scan when I click on the tidal tab in the music section. (Which I clicked on and signed up but still just a qr code on screen).

Might be splitting hairs with this one but... Perhaps even the additional *weight* of the spacer could reduce range/efficiency (in some small but potentially measurable way) simply by adding a bit of rotational mass.

That's funny you should mention that because I actually got those lower shields off of Amazon. I just didn't know where else to go to find link other than RPM's site. I've purchased a few things from them in the past and never a bad experience here although they are certainly pricey.

I'd consider paying a wee bit of money for a wee bit of power on my M3P

I remember seeing a little while back that the MYP seemed to make a little more power than the M3P. Unless I'm mistaken on that, or that the MYP and M3P use identical powertrains, then it would stand to reason that the M3P is capable of a little more.
