My 2022 Model Y Performance is making a strange sound when I move forward or reverse. Seems to be in time with the rotation of the front left wheel. Thoughts? Its around the 4 sec and 9 sec point of the video. Has anyone heard this sound before?

I am being offered between $44-$47k for a 2022 Model Y Performance, 9800 miles and in great condition. It is only 8 months old and the price has crashed! If I were wanting a new car today, I would buy used. That is my recommendation to those looking to buy a new Tesla.
