Yes the range estimation is getting more and more accurate. I will push to the 1% limit on the roads I know of. But to places I'm not familiar, I usually ask for a 10% charge "error" range on long road trips. I do a lot between WI and IL. The more you drive, the more confident you will be with...

Bead... it happens to me too. My guess is the rim shrinks due to the cold temp, the beads cannot seal the gap then we have a slow rim leak.

Air compressor and a plug kit are in my frunk...

Having been on this forum for a while, I noticed that we don't have a lot of user experience sharing after some extended time owning a Tesla. I'd like to share some of my experiences that hopefully may shine some light. This is not a review, I'm not talking about the 4680 battery, nor the 0-60...

200+kWH battery... we used to say "it's too expensive to fill a Hummer's gas tank!" Now we say "it's too expensive to charge a Hummer's battery pack"... and for home charge at 11.5kw, this gonna take 20 hours! Defeated the purpose completely. BTW I love the look, but I'll pass

I use percentage on my battery level and I found my 18 AWD's consumption @75mph is ~2miles/1% in WI winter (~340 kw/mile) and ~3miles/1% (~270 kw/mile) in summer commuting between MKE and CHI. And yes I always charge to 90% in winter and 80% in summer. I don't dial my AC/Heater to much tho.

My 2 cents: 75mph autopilot, 120 miles highway drive. Outside 35f, ac 68f auto, 2 bars of butt heater. ~310wh/mile. Pilot sports as 4 @ 43psi. Aftermarket cheap 18 inch wheel from TireRack.
