Hi. I’ve had teslamate running for half a year now and it’s great but just recently had some longer runs out and needed to supercharge. The charges are picked up with all the statistics but the cost isn’t being captured and I’ve been having to add them myself. Have I missed a setting?

Yes I think it is only loans directly from the manufacturer that tend to be like this as they retain the technical ownership of the car up until you make that final payment. Whereas a loan from the Post Office puts the money straight in to their sticky hands so they then don’t care where you drive.

Got the dreaded Trade-In expired message last night. Collection isn’t until 10/12 so going to see what the revised offer is and that will decide if it’s worth looking at Motorway or WBAC.

I noted that it was a lot cheaper too but also spotted they weren’t including some of the typical extras others do automatically like legal cover and guaranteed hire car etc. Make sure it’s like for like cover.

There is a date under startdate and enddate. Whether they are actually the ranges it is looking in or not I don't know.

I was the Birmingham SC but asked my CS to swap me to Leicester the other week when I saw that was the new collection location as it was much closer to me.

Where did you look in the source for the collection location?

I have literally received it 10 minutes ago, but the link says there are no slots available. Going to have to call my CS tomorrow to see what the score is.

Finally, I received my VIN (in the source code) this evening when I cam home from work. Ordered M3LR White with black interior on the 13/09. Now just the countdown to when it will arrive. Was this flurry of VINs from the invisible boat that Mr M wanted help tracking on the other thread?

I ordered around the same time as you and I’m still waiting on a VIN. I just asked them to change my delivery location to Leicester from the other Birmingham location as it’s much closer for me to get to. Thanks for the update on that change it’s helped me should I ever receive one of those...
