The weird thing is it is inconsistent. I will try to toggle the setting and see if it makes a difference. Wish the app would give details on why it would not engage the lock.

Normally when I walk away from my car it locks and the lights go off. I have noticed a few times recently that I will go to the grocery or something come back to me car and the lights are still on and the car is unlocked. All the doors are shut, etc. Any ideas?

Thanks for the feedback. I can confirm that switching drive modes makes zero difference. I will try to get it services. Not sure if it makes a difference, but when I got mine, they said it was the first plaid in the Nashville area. Maybe something with the first batch?

Early Access Program

It is strange. My plaid+ order is just gone from my account. I have the original order confirmation, plus they took the $1K from my account and I never got it back (and wasn't applied to the other Plaid I got). I've emailed the salespeople and even legal, no response... Disappointing.

I have opted in to the beta from the car and my app shows the safety score, but it is stuck on “after my first trip”. I’ve driven the car many times over many days. Is there a step I missed?
