Another confirmation that ALTAIR LEADER is carrying alt least one MY for Denmark - was specifically told that she was close to the Suez Chanel right now...

This evening I found my VIN in the source code. It seems to have been issued today at the same time as many from Sweden. So wondering if we are on the same ship? I was promised delivery in November so seems like this will hold.

Looks like there is only small cargo ships around at the moment

Excellent MrM - I figured that FleetMon actually provides satellite AIS positioning for free with their Live Tracking option. I just measured that HELIOS RAY is 285 NM from the Tsugaru Strait 👍

I guess we will see an AIS position update when HELIOS RAY enters the Bering See and Kamchatka peninsula - any prior experience?

So please teach me here - is it up to the captain of those vehicle vessels to decide if the transponder should be on? It is now 5 days since last known position for HELIOS RAY. Or is it those free services that hold back live data? With the container vessels I follow there is usually only 1-4...

New member here - ordered my TMY two weeks ago. So happy that I found your thread Mr M and your excellent detective work and super dedication to help us all out 👏👏 In my daily work I track container vessels from Taipei, so this is just my game. Just added Helio Ray to my portfolio 👍
