I got quotes from State Farm, Progressive, Allstate, and Costco/Am Fam. Ended up insuring both cars 6 months at $700, comprehensive on both, 100/300/100 limits. Next cheapest I had was Allstate at $1145 for the same. Costco and State Farm both $1200+.

Just accepted Tesla Vision and finally got my VIN FN621XX. EDD now 1/15-1/19. I'll reach out to my SA and see if he can confirm build date and/or Ryzen, but this seems spot-on with the 1/17 build, 1/19 delivery timeline he gave me last week.

My SA called me (kudos to SA) last week and I asked whether I should purchase mudflaps/rear PPF before delivery and he said no, the cars he has been seeing all have those installed. YMMV.

I thought (and I could be totally off base here) that with the mudflaps in place, the rear PPF becomes much less important. Not true? Maybe a little true? I'm just really hoping for mudflaps and my MYP spoiler.

Ope. Yup. You're totally right. By Q2. I don't know if that definitively means this will be completed at the end of Q1 or by the end of Q2, but I think you're right that the end of Q1 is very much on the table!

You get an SA assigned if you order in store with an SA. He handled my test drive, etc. etc. The in-store experience was really positive, but I genuinely think I have the earliest unfulfilled MYP order currently so it didn't do me any appreciable good to order in-store.

TBH, I don't really expect to see the car this month because most of the experiences I see (and my own) mirror yours. If I keep my fingers crossed any longer, they're going to get stuck that way.

This is brutal. OOD 9/12 in store in Seattle. Gray MYP with hitch, white interior. Initial EDD 10/15-10/31. Then pushed to 11/15-11/30. Then 12/13-12/30. Now EDD 1/4-2/2. Just a bummer all around.
