Wouldn’t begrudge you that at all. My experience as an Irish customer anyway has been quite poor. Lack of communication, missed timelines, a car reserved that turned out to not be available at all. I’m on my third different car since I ordered in September. Hopefully I’ll have it Monday. Again...

I sent one today, and they said still *aiming* for the end of the week. Which has me slightly concerned since Monday is the day. Not the end of the world but will certainly make pickup more of a pain having to sort insurance on the spot.

Ah I was originally due on the 20th before it was moved up. Keep the faith.

Got a follow up email shortly after. Just the car won’t be there in time for the 16th. Moved to the 20th which was the original assigned date.

Just got an email that appears to push my delivery back to the 20th from the 16th. No other correspondence.

Let us know if you hear back. Would be nice to pickup without the pain of having to arrange insurance on the spot.

Actually just sent an email regarding the registrations, was told it would be done in the next few days as they are currently working on it.

Shows up on your account quite quickly. Am all paid up for what is scheduled as a 16th Dec delivery.

Irish car here. Got a delivery slot by calling Tesla and arranging. 20th December. Interesting they use Agnelli as a delivery location.

Today I bought a Tesla for accelerated delivery in Ireland. Interestingly the VIN begins with 5YJ. The car is scheduled for delivery on December 20th. I didn't think any Model 3's would be arriving into Europe from the US?

Interestingly when I swapped my order to a new car thats arriving in December it is called 2021 Tesla Model 3 in my account, rather than Tesla Model 3 for the previous order.

Managed to get a car here in Ireland that popped up for accelerated delivery. Was told Mid December still but now have a vin. Do we happen to know which ship they might be coming in on?

Just as a comparison to previous quarters. So far this year Tesla have delivered ~250 Irish cars per quarter on average. So you would have to imagine similar in Q4.

Seems odd that the texts would be complete. Just considering how few people we have seen with VINS allocated. If that’s the case there will be very few deliveries this quarter.

Not to break the bubble but a company car purchase here so no grant involved and also no VIN assigned.

Still nothing here either for an Irish SR+. Ordered in third week of Sept FYI.

I assume no further updates from any fellow Irish customers? I wonder if we are still a good few weeks away from VIN’s being assigned considering the late December delivery estimate. I assume even with that delivery estimate the cars would need to be on a ship pretty soon if not already.

Yep. Got that text this evening. Also no VIN assigned on my end. Order was in late ish September.
