Thanks for the kind response, but no the exclude home remains checked, but the home address that was saved is no longer there. It's like it was never set.

I thought this might be the case also, but yesterday I set Home and a few hours later I came out to the garage and believe it or not the home was cleared.

I only had mine set for me and not easy entry, but I have tried then setting both, but haven't had time to see if it then holds. Something is causing the home setting to clear almost every time I come home. I don't know if there is a glitch in the software or I'm doing something wrong. Thanks...

So you didn't actually enter your home address, but rathe let the car pick what was home. I don't think this is my issue, but thanks for the suggestion.

My new S long range doesn’t seem to be holding my home address and thus it turns on Sentry at home in the garage. I haven’t been able to figure out why it is doing this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

What are the correct settings so that sentry works except for home? I have the system on and have checked except for home , but it consistently seems to have a mind if it’s own

I’m a new owner from just last Saturday night. I charge at home with a 240v line and have only charged to 350 miles. It seems to me that I’m losing mileage without driving and more than just a few miles. Has anyone else had this experience and can you explain or is there something wrong?
