Picked up a RWD on Tuesday. Heated Seats & Steering wheel worked straight away. I’d check that it’s not a SR+ from late last year.

I had similar issues with mine. If you try a system reboot (push both steering wheel buttons in & hold until screen goes black) Mine logged in ok after that.

I collected yesterday from Glasgow & USB stick was plugged into the port in glovebox. The 3 showroom cars they had all them in bags on bottom of glovebox under some paperwork. Dunno if that helps?

Collected my M3 RWD from Glasgow today. Couple of small marks which were quickly attended to with no fuss. Car wasn’t particularly clean, which isn’t end of the world. Was at 99% state of charge on collection 😀 Well happy with that. App & Premium Connectivity we’re activated within 5 mins...

I had similar text with PCP on Wednesday. Nothing had appeared as of 4:30pm yesterday so I rang them. I was told it’s a generic text, documents should be emailed to sign on Monday or Tuesday morning. Collecting car on Tuesday too.

How long have you had your delivery slot booked for? I’m due to collect on 15th in Glasgow & have no Reg no yet.

I know my car is on the Immacolata, and is confirmed delivery date of 15th March. Had text to schedule delivery about 10 days ago.

That might explain why my EDD isn’t until 15th March, if Immacolata was due to land 27/28th Feb. Sounded like a fair delay. Only 3 weeks to go now (hopefully)

Suppose they will have loads of cars to move & they’ve got to get 500 miles north too.

Car was confirmed by TA as being on the Immacolata. If it’s due into Southampton at month end, seems a long time until delivery.

I tried on live chat for once & was surprised I got the vessel info as on the phone was always told they didn’t know.

I was informed by TA (Paige) that my M3 is on the MSC Immacolata due for delivery early March in Glasgow, so hoping it stopping at Southampton.

We share the same problem. Peugeot was £299 in Dec & ordered car based on this. They’re now not quoting & direct line are now lowest at £550! new fairness rules I’m guessing

Think it depends on the coating used. Mine was Gyeon Quartz, and after 18 months it was still like it was on day 1. BMW is getting done soon, Tesla I'll do couple of months after I finally get it

I would recommend getting ceramic coating done. Ideally you want someone who's recommended. I had my other car done last year in Edinburgh, by the guys at Project21 Detailing, and it was awesome. Car had very deep shine, never needed polishing, wheels being coated meant easier to clean too...

I ordered mine in Sept 21, was due to collect Dec 21, but caught Covid, and was really bad with it. Had to delay car to Q1. Chassis appeared on Source Code on Friday 4th Feb.

I read somewhere it was better to try the web chat, rather than call, as that brought no result. Might be bull for all I know

Hi Mr M, Love the shipping updates, very useful. Managed to get advisor from Tesla today, and confirmed my car is on the IMMACOLATA. Was hoping not to get car until Late March, but guessing if car is just off Malaysia this will land Late Feb in UK?

I can’t believe they’ve lumped 2 x £1000 price increases on RWD since early October. I know costs are rising but not that fast

Did customer service confirm spec on your car? Ours is due delivery on 10th Dec, and was thinking of holding off for newer model. Does your chassis number have 21MY marker?

VIN number allocated in source code today, ordered on 29th Sept. Roughly how long would it be to expect delivery?

Thats my worry. LR Orders on Configurator now are saying December Delivery for UK, but February for SR+ & Performance. When I placed order it was saying November. Took them 4 weeks to come back with a PX price!

Ordered White, then changed to Blue. Have e-mailed DeliveryGB, but no reply.

Ordered SR+ on 26th Sept, then changed colour and confirmation received on 1st Oct. There is no delivery timescale on my account, and no VIN in the source code. Would I be right in assuming that November delivery very unlikely?
