Yes, LFP is more stable and thus safer than NCA. Generally Tesla NCA battery is safer than the rest but, you can’t go wrong with even safer option.

Thanks for your input. You’re right. What I actually heard was that US used to import a lot of Nickel from Russia and because of the embargo from Russia, NCA battery and M3LR would have a longer wait time.

FYI, Because of the global lithium shortages, M3LR has longer waiting time on Tesla website. M3 RWD uses LFP batteries and thus has shorter wait time.
