I can now confirm. I’m in Texas with Tesla insurance. I just now got the email. Finally!! Also, my score is 100 and has been since Oct 15th. I never opted out and back in. And I had about 150 miles. As I was just finishing creating an account on Tesla Fi, I got the email. About 2:24 am CT.

All the data was reset once we obtained Tesla insurance. Both mileage and score reset.

If you have the Stats app, can you look and see if your mileage changed?
