UPDATE: Lease company promised home delivery but Tesla have 'no delivery slots available as they're at capacity'. So it seems I have a road trip to the Space Centre coming up next week. Let's just hope the car has enough charge for the 2 hour journey back...

So folks! I’ve got a VIN and reg today and been told collection at Leicester next Tuesday. However, I was promised home delivery by the lease company (but Tesla claim none available) and Leicester is 2 hours away. What a dilemma! I want the car asap (obviously) but that’s quite a difference...

Paperwork all signed and apparently now Tesla will match me to a vehicle. The way the lease company were talking, my vehicle was already ordered and set for December. I hope this 'matching' game involves December otherwise World War III may begin!!

I think I’ve been let down for December now. It’s getting too close. It seems the company I used don’t buy a shed load in and then distribute them.
