Great advise. I'll have to trust the car more when pushing it. The longest drive I did with the car so far is only 150km one way so I need to drive more long trips to get used to it.

So far it seems to be completely random to me. There are times that the LTE comes on as soon as I leave my underground carpark that have no signal. Sometimes it takes a few minutes after leaving carpark and driving on the road. So unpredictable.

Anyone else not getting the navigation update? I saw some others here getting it and multiple videos in YouTube from Aussie tesla owners getting the update.

Yea sadly all ex demo unit are not unicorn. Unicorn is for Q3 and Q4 2021 only. When you select it from existing inventory, it does show you the 0-100 acceleration and range that you can use to identify unicorn

Haha this is my first car so gonna get lower excess for my first year insurance. Not exactly young here 32 now. Gonna get the AAMI comprehensive + sunroof for $1600 with $1375 excess. Lowest quote I have gotten from multiple insurance.

Oh yea? I tried to get a couple of quotes and AAMI turns out cheapest for me. RACV wanted $3000+ with $800 access as I recall and AAMI is $1800 with $1225 excess.

Not sure about other states but Victoria bans LR and Performance but allow SR+. I have confirmed with Vic roads before getting the car.

My wife (P plater) will be sharing the car with me and I will be removing/attaching it constantly so I am looking into either magnetic or suction cup P plates since it is easier to remove. I was wondering if anyone have done it before and can offer some advise?

From what I've seen in videos, they will bring you to the car and let you inspect for 5-10 mins and kick you out from there.
