I had the same and I have tried Churchill as well so it looks to be an issue with shared underwriter. I'll be taking delivery on 11th Feb so planning to call DirectLine today or tomorrow and see what they say.

Happened to my order as well. I saw only February 2022 as the estimated delivery for a few days and then that disappeared. A couple days later I could see Estimated Delivery: 4th Feb - 18th Feb and a VIN in source code.

I was able to do that at Dartford SC. I had to arrange it by calling them and they assigned a locker (shared the details with me over sms and email) where I could drop the key card for loan car and just drive away with my car.

For me, Estimated Delivery says February (no dates) but no VIN yet.
