This morning i called the 877 number. After getting to the correct prompt i immediately got a live person on the phone. She sent me a link immediately. While I used the link and disabled 2FA she stayed on with me. Then she confirmed all worked and i was logged in. Great Support!

Just curious. I am on 10.5 and still no update to 10.6 or 10.6.1. Is there something I need to do different from before? I usually get the downloads immediately.
