Yes I did link each key card with the specific phone. I thought that who ever got in the car, the car automatically switched to the person who was going to drive it. I guess I'm used to my Volvo that every time someone opens the door with their own key the car switches to that particular profile.

Thanks, I just did what you suggested but it didn't work, I still have to change profiles manually. I guess I have to stop at the Tesla dealer or whatever is called to see if they can help me with this issue.
