Solo Roadtrip from San Diego to Vancouver (Canada) in a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range

Very nice write up and you were also (basically) in my neck of the woods! We did get the FSD beta in Canada as well and it works quite well in around town. Teslas are by far the most popular EV in Vancouver, there's some mustang Mach Es, rivians, bmw I's and polestars. But yeah very cheap...

Thank you!! Its Avery's Mysterious Indigo, it's a pretty interesting color and shifts heavily based on the lighting. During the day its quite purple, overcast/early evenings more blue and at night its's midnight purple/black. Here's a bit of a photo dump since I haven't uploaded any photos in a...

True, but it's really not a flashy shade, more stealthy than anything. Almost looks black in the evening/night. Everything else on it is pretty low key imo 🙂

    Best UPP sway bar settings?

Thanks for the response! Yeah makes sense, curious what setting you went with on the rear? I’m guessing the electronic torque bias settings is a track mode setting, have an LR so I don’t have that sadly!
  16. a-Sarkar

    Best UPP sway bar settings?

Gotcha! I have the front set to softest setting and the rear to the middle, but want a bit more aggressive, will adjust the rear again and see how it feels. Thanks!

    Best UPP sway bar settings?

Have MPP comfort coils and looking to know what settings people use for their UPP sway bars for spirited street driving primarily.

    Hand car wash

Very nice! Depending on how dirty, I'd still recommend a hand wash after the initial foam/soap wash (unless your whole car is PPF'd) cause it can still cause micro scratches/swirls in the ceramic coat just for reference. Definitely agree, foam guns/cannons definitely spice up the car wash!

Thanks! I'm using the Chemical Guys TORQ max foam cannon in the video which connects to a pressure washer, but I also have the CG foam blaster which connects to a garden hose which isn't too bad (you won't get the super thick suds with this though)

Long story short; SR version of Eibach pro-kit springs were accidentally sent to the shop that installed them, so it's a little lower than it's suppose to be. Looks pretty good though ahah, waiting for the proper AWD set to be delivered before they swap them!
