    I do not even know what is happening in my case. I have not received the refund and no one from Tesla is responding to emails for resolutions or arbitrations. Yes, excruciatingly painful to give them $2500 3 years back being early ardent supporters and receiving worse than TSLAQ support.

    I sent an email to [email protected] that I would like to raise a dispute and that I want an arbitrator assigned, as @deadpoolvan recommended. Let's see if we get a response. As like others, I also have not received the refund for an order cancelled in December. I mentioned again and again...

    Considering that the price has increased considerably since we all ordered and Tesla is honoring price lock-in for those that paid $250 just a few months back, I think it makes sense to rally all those impacted and make a claim here to honor the prices for us, that were published when we paid...

    I am interested in joining this effort as well and right the wrong. Primal supporters for any initiative should be treated fair and with respect. I like Elon/ Tesla for what they are doing and let us make sure this is corrected. I am confident Elon would honor updating at the prices available...
