Just tried super charging from 25% right now. Taking 60kwh (210mi/hr). This is definitely more than before, I think mine had taken 40kwh (180ishmi/hr). But my memory could be failing. And I don't have any pictures of it before.

Car was recently finished, picking up on Monday. Got a 2015 remanufactured 70kwh battery.

Similar situation. Warranty HV battery replacement still waiting a little over a month in. Projected finish is about another month. No loaners available :(

How recently did you get yours replaced?

No they hadn't, as of today, I asked for an update, but they said they have no info on when the new battery is coming in yet (car has been in since 1/6/22). Just speculating, but it's likely a larger battery than a 70 since they don't make them anymore.

How do you even file a business resolution? Honestly at this point I just want to negotiate that they don't software limit the new battery since they don't make any more 70kwh packs. In my opinion it's better than having to pay out my car note/insurance/buy back.

Yeah I heard about this case, but do we have any data on among cars that got a module replaced, had it fail again and the time period? Probably too few days points to make a determination, but if they continue to work for a reasonable amount of time, it'll still be an option.

I did hear about more ICE cars having this issue now too, has it been just a thing since the shift from analog to electrification of internal items in cars nowadays?

Conflicted on this as well. My 2015 model S is in the service center for the last two weeks due to HV battery failure pending replacement for the last two weeks and just anxious about deciding whether or not to sell it after the repair. But I do love the car too...it's a hard choice to make.

I actually just let the car sit for a little to ~50 miles so I could maybe drive around the neighborhood and see if it happens. This time, it only sat for about 1 day and lost 20 miles (went from 60 to 40). I had driven it the night before to 60 miles, hence how it started there. Turned it on...
