Thanks nick, tried that, turns out the cable is faulty. Tried the 3 pin charge cable and it worked, as did the Zoe type 2 cable. Thanks for the tips 😀

I attended a Tesla online q&a earlier this year and asked how queues would be alleviated or managed. The response was along the lines of ‘we won’t be developing a process as we plan for no queues, we build more chargers’ !

Always happy to be proved wrong, but I personally want to see more evidence of improving the customer experience not making it worse 🤨😀

Yes you can dick about with the map and the nav and eventually see it, but the point is why should we have to - why can’t it just be clear and simple ?! 😀

It’s properly obscured the charging rates, see above, it’s so slight I think it’s deliberate

As part of the latest software update, the superchargingtariff is now obscured by another menu on the navigation system, so now it’s impossible to see the tariffs - well done Tesla, more supercharging frustration - anyone else found this or is it just me ????!!!!! Really xxxxxxg annoying

They do at canary wharf, around half price 9pm to 9am

London charging is an absolute joke atm, nowhere in East London to supercharge. Westfield and Park Royal are pretty much the only locations inside the M25!!!

Canary Wharf supercharging - currently all 250kw charge points (x8) are offline, only 4x150kw available, waited 2hours to charge yesterday, no comms from Tesla, seriously unhappy. No idea when they will be back on but avoid for now

Thanks for the reply. The car was preheating for around 45 mins but in slow moving traffic. Next time I’ll try a different stall as there were only a couple of other cars charging.
