THANK YOU @offandonagain - this right here is what I've been searching for and was unable to find until now. Using this very simple procedure, I'm now able to log into my gateways with the Tesla One app and see stats, change settings, etc.

It really would! I'm holding on to hope that we can get - at the very least - the ambient lighting. That would be amazing.

I'm hoping for a retrofit for the ambient lighting and if so, I'm all over that. I've also read on X where the front bumper camera will not be offered for retrofit, so it still feels like a toss-up.

About $6K all in.

That's funny - I've got a '22 MYP as well (my wife drives it) and this will be good testimony to look back on once I get my sway bar installed. I'll be thinking about this from a comparative standpoint as well.

The Leviton gateway mentioned in the original post supposedly has this functionality built it and can turn down the configured circuits (once configured)... if I'm reading everything correctly that should provide the same "circuit" functionality you're referring to - correct?

@Will792 - thank you. I'll download the gateway manual and dig into this further. It looks like I'll be able to accomplish my goals since the gateway would tell the LHWHEM (via the low voltage control circuit loop) when load shedding should be activated and then the LHWHEM handles turning...

FYI that 4.28.2 has just posted to the iOS App Store and I just updated and can confirm that the home animation is now fixed and works as expected.

I'm going to check with the installer and see why they are recommending the 370W panels. I talk with them in person on Tuesday afternoon, so I'll have some updates to the original post and questions from them after that meeting takes place.

When you say 31kW of solar is a lot for 4 Powerwalls, are you meaning that it's near the edge of what they can cumulatively accommodate or that 4 Powerwalls isn't really enough to service that load? I'll ask the installer about the remote building comment as well!

Fair enough - that's at least something to go on. I'll check with my local authorized service contact to see what would even be possible once any retrofit is confirmed... it's a few steps that all need to go in the proper order before I'd even consider burning someone else's time to help.
