Hard to valet a car without a key fob!! I wouldn’t want to give the key card or obviously not my phone for someone else to drive the car.

I don’t see it mentioned in the actual Motor Vehicle Order Agreement for vehicle configuration, so they are okay legally. But, they should honor what they advertised when we placed the order. This only further Tesla’s reputation as a non customer service focused company.
