Looks like you can still choose 70 with RWD, just defaults to 70D

Was in the Tesla Birmingham store last week and they believe a left hand drive will be in the UK late this year, with the first right hand drive beginning of 2017.

Tesla has loads of people looking around a multi-coat Red P85D. Managed to get a quick sit in it, as it had a Panoramic roof and the Next Gen seats. Was concerned about head room, as I'm 6ft5, but with the panoramic roof in, I seemed to have loads of space. Another check box ticked.
