    MCU2 upgrade appointments

    I've been trying to upgrade my MCU1 to MCU2 since December. I've had 5 last minute rescheduled appointments now because they claim to have not received the parts at the service center. My neighbor got the upgrade last year and had zero issues at the same service center. Anyone else having issues...
