2nd day into the window and got a push back. Also a smaller window now. 2/25 EDD: 2/28 -3/11.

Did you finish all tasks? I have same config, same area, OD 1/23 and current EDD 2/24-3/10.

Congrats! Same config and we got the same 2/18-2/14 EDD on the same day (2/15). Yet you got your vin today and I got a pushback. :(

Today I got a message about trade in. No change on the EDD (since OD). Does the message mean anything? I remember seeing conflicting statements in this room before.

Out of curiosity, how reliable are those “reports”? From the actual car or words from SA or something else? I’m thinking *maybe* some SAs used their intuition without really “checking”. I’ve also got a text from a SA that all cars manufactured after Jan have AMD. It’s not surprising to hear...

I ordered on 1/15 and my EDD is 2 days after yours (2/21-3/21). No EDD changes at all. Today SA told me I will have the VIN around 2/26.

Though I ordered much later than you, I do wish we are in the same batch. :p

Yes, I have been seeing people use “agree” and “disagree” signs for EDD delay posts and it doesn’t feel like a proper reaction.

I haven’t owned a Tesla before, but I can imagine leaving that cable home. It seems that most, if not all, of the charging places (office, supercharger, hotel etc) provide cables. No need to carry an additional one. A Tesla owner may tell you differently though.

You can go to the order page for nema adapters and there is a chart of charging speed of different types. Which one to install will be a big topic though.

I see, that’s definitely a new angle to me (and likely closer to the fact). I assumed the build queue should roughly be the order queue, as in someone in NY who ordered in the same day will have the car built around the same day as mine. Then we both wait for however long it takes for delivery.

Hmm this is not the first case where someone ordered the same config later than me but got an earlier EDD, and my location (Bay Area) is supposed to be quicker…

This is weird. I ordered one day before you with the same config and I live in the Bay Area which is supposed to take less delivery time. But my edd is 2/21-3/21 and never changed.

Just asked SA and they say my car will be ready around mid Feb. (see my signature) And they say the AMD is for performance only.
