Hi I know there are similar topics but i’m still confused. Got my 3LR mid Dec and have done 4.7k miles. Around 80% of my usage is on the motorway but I’m still surprised at my lack of range. My average energy is showing as 275 Wh/mi. Does this sound about right?

I thought it was very strange! lol Ill try again tomorrow night and see what happens. Hopefully I will get my car back very soon. It took a couple of weeks to set up Intelligent but once set up it worked without any issues.

I think you may be right that it’s something to do with the MGL but I thought that this only came into play if you had solar panels installed. Im guessing that you would set the MGL to 100% for zappi to not charge outside of the scheduled boost?

Sorry but how would sentry mode or climate cause the charger to charge after the scheduled 4 hour boost on Eco+ mode? Btw the screenshot shows fast mode but I changed the mode to this after I disconnected the charger in the morning.

Just to clarify I am only using autopilot for speed not steering and the message “cruise control unavailable“ appears when it disengages.It can sometimes happen every 10/15 min.

Does anyone else’s autopilot randomly disengage when cruising on the motorway? This happens quite often to me and is very annoying. Have spoken to customer service but they are not able to diagnose remotely .

im still not able to join the intelligent tariff.I changed my Tesla password which enabled me to charge the car but I am not able to register it on the app to join Intelligent. Octopus cleared my application for Intelligent but this has not helped. i am again waiting for them to get back to me...

I went through the process of joining Intelligent Octopus earlier and completed a successful test charge. Nothing regarding IOS is on my app and now I can’t charge my car at all. I spoke to customer service and was told that they cannot see my car on their system and to try and register again...

Can the app be installed on more than 1 device?

I have a Zappi charger and am unsure whether Octopus Go Faster or Intelligent Octopus is the right tariff for me. The main thing that puts me off the Intelligent tariff is the reported issue of phantom drain. Has this been resolved? Thanks
