Your tap locations were great and I recently got my model 3 to work tapping off the cigarette lighter while also using the brown wire to control a relay. You can check out this video for a full guide!
With the latest update this seems to be the best method I could find to get switched 12v on the model 3. This method should be update proof in the future as well due to being tapped off of 2 lines used for hardware items
With the latest update this seems to be the best way to get switched power on the model 3 that theoretically shouldn't ever change with a future software update
For newer models I know they have changed things around so here is a video on a 2021 model 3 which actually follows a sheet in the manual to get accessory power
A little late here but anyone coming across this thread in the future I have an alternate way of powering switched 12v and put together a tutorial video. It taps power off the center console 12v power and actually follows a page out of the manual for tapping accessory power.
