i've had one on both the Y's i owned. When i sold the first one, the glass protector had a nick/crack on the bottom. I guess it did its job. I put a matte screen on, day one for the 2nd Y. One of those things you dont really notice since you're used to it.

Also, anyone have issues with the new battery voltage and using the NVX system? kind of worried about an update zapping the setup.

im stuck getting a signal to the LOC. the red wire on the factory harness is putting out 15.5V, not 12V. Newer tesla with Li-Ion battery. Is THIS a viable option? Buck converter? I didnt see the signal range in the literature. viable

Great thread guys....placed an order for this kit. Q- did anyone add sound deadening mat while they had parts removed? See some reference to chasing down rattles but no mention of deadening mat. Kinda want to be one and done with the installation.
