Yeah, thats their standard procedure. I was handled exactly the same way when I complained about my MS Plaid a few months ago. They must all be trained on this script.

I tried the track mode hack, and it reduced the vibration about 80% I would estimate. I have not tried lowering links. I am not a Twitter user but that seems to be a great platform to keep poking Tesla about this ridiculous design flaw in their flagship model since Elon seems to live on Twitter...

yes, I have seen reports of the X Plaid vibtrating on this thread or a related refreshed S "vibration" thread. Now that the X Plaid models clearly are also affected, hopefully for everyone's sake this issue is elevated to the highest priority at the mother ship.

I just had my Plaid into the Miami SC today for something else and asked them about the vibration issue around 40 mph. They said Tesla is aware of it, working on it, but have not found a fix yet.
